This guide has been produced to show Alastri Products Users how to solve Calendar Errors issue
Calendar Errors Resolution:
Should you encounter the error message below while executing the Schedule:
“There are errors in the calendar of scenario (<…>). Correct them before running the schedule.”
It is possible that the issue stems from duplicated Agent Priorities.
This situation may arise when a new Agent is added, and its priority number coincides with one already in existence. To resolve this, navigate to the Calendar tab > Agent Priorities > review the values assigned to agents' priorities and eliminate any duplicates.
