This guide has been produced to show Alastri Products Users how to create a report for remaining dump capacity in Chrono reports in APS.
Steps:
1. In the Schedule tab, navigate to Reporting, then select Add Report, and choose Chrono.
2. In Table Setup, create a custom list containing your existing dump names.
Note: The names of the dumps can be found in the 'Setup > Dumps' section. Additionally, it's important to note that dump names are formatted with hyphens, not underscores or commas. To remove the commas, the copy-and-paste method can be used.
3. In the Table Setup of the Chrono report, create a table to display remaining dump capacities, or alternatively, copy and paste the provided table setup below. This table will essentially present dump names, capacity limits, and calculate the remaining capacity limits based on the cumulative mining volume for each period.
| Type | Name | Caption | Sample | Indent | Hide | Unit | Format | Initial | Data Source | Item | Filter 1 Field | Filter 1 Value | Filter 2 Field | Filter 2 Value | |
| A | Title | dump | Dumps | 1234.57 | |||||||||||
| ∑ | Iter | 1234.57 | 1 | CustomLists | Dumps | ||||||||||
| = | Row | cap | Opening Capacity | 1234.57 | 2 | #,##0 | Calendar | Calendar.Dumps|<Dumps>|Capacity Limit <m³> | |||||||
| = | Row | added | Added | 1234.57 | 2 | X | #,##0 | Mining | Mining.volume | Destination.Dumps | Dumps | Destination.Name | <Dumps> | ||
| = | Row | cumVol | Cum Added | 1234.57 | 2 | #,##0 | Calculated | CV("dump.<Dumps>.added") | |||||||
| = | Row | closing | 1234.57 | 2 | #,##0 | Calculated | V("dump.<Dumps>.cap")-V("dump.<Dumps>.cumVol") |
The created table will be displayed below.
To resolve the issue of seeing Opening and Closing capacity reported as infinity, please follow the steps provided below.
1. Run the first period of the schedule, assuming no material is sent to the dumps during the first period. This can be achieved by running the schedule in Ancillary mode.
2. In the Calendar, Copy the contents for all dumps from period 1 and paste them to an Excel spreadsheet.
3. In the Excel sheet where you pasted the contents, exclude the first two rows and copy the remaining fields.
4. Subsequently, paste these values back into the array from the APS Calendar, where they were initially copied out. This process will update the infinity values with real numbers.
5. Use the Ctrl + R shortcut to copy these opening capacities across all periods.
6. Run the schedule in Mining Mode to obtain the actual moved material.
7. In the Chrono report, the opening dump capacity will be displayed as a finite value, rather than infinity.
