Total Fuel Burned can be calculated using either Travel Times or Cycle Times.
Calculating Total Fuel Burned according to Travel Times
Total Fuel Burned (I) is showing the fuel burned during the Total Travel Time (min) of the record which is including "Loaded Travel Time" and "Unloaded Travel Time". If calculating the Total Fuel Burned rate (I/hr) is desired, the formula below can be used.
| Total Fuel Burned (l/hr) = Total Fuel Burned (l) * 60 / Total Travel Time (min) |
Calculating Total Fuel Burned according to Cycle Times:
Total Fuel Burned (I) is showing the fuel burned during the Total Cycle Time (min) of the record which is including "Loaded Travel Time", "Unloaded Travel Time", "Queue Time", "Load Time", "Spot at Loader Time", "Spot at Dump Time", "Dump Time", "On Trolley Assist Time" and "tkph Delay Time". In this case Total Fuel Burned will display the total fuel burned even when the truck is stationary. If calculating the Total Fuel Burned rate (I/hr) is desired, the formula below can be used.
| Total Fuel Burned (l/hr) = Total Fuel Burned (l) * 60 / Total Cycle Time (min) |
Please note that:
- Total Fuel Burned will be calculating the total fuel burned even when the truck is stationary.
- Fuel Engine Loads can be optionally updated for more accurate fuel burn predictions. This can be done in the Setup section under Models:
