When schedule blocks are imported into Haul Infinity (HI), some blocks may not appear isolated within the panel; instead, they may remain connected to the haulage network. Isolated blocks will display a red exclamation mark, while non-isolated blocks are shown in yellow in the animation.
Steps to Fix Your Haulage Network::
1. Import Blocks into Haul Infinity
Navigate to Haul Infinity > Scheduler > Import Blocks from Scheduler to bring the blocks into HI
2. Enable APS Haulage Auto Import (Optional)
If the APS Haulage Auto Import option is enabled, scheduling blocks will automatically import into Haul Infinity.
3. Create or Import Your Haulage Network
- Use the Pen Tool to manually draw your haulage network.
- Alternatively, you can import segments as a DXF or CSV file.
4. Name Your Segments
Assign appropriate names to the network segments using the Assign Joins Based on Segment Names function. This ensures the correct network is used for the respective stages.
- For networks used across multiple stages, consider using a double-name format. The first column can overwrite segment names for all selected segments.
5. Manually Isolate Blocks (If Necessary)
If any blocks remain unisolated after the above steps, you can manually fix them:
- Switch to Join Interaction Mode.
- Double-click the unisolated bench to open the block.
- Extend the block to cover the full bench.
- Right-click the bench and select Joins > Add Manual Join.
- Choose a haulage network to isolate the block or bench.
6. Verify Isolation
Once a network is assigned, the bench will update to display as isolated in the panel.
