There are two options in Haul Infinity (HI) and one option in Alastri Tactical Scheduler (ATS) to specify loading equipment production rates:
| Location | Calculation Method |
| 1.- Haul Infinity > Setup > Parameters > Calculation | Productivity = Truck Payload / (Spot Time + Swing Times) |
| 2.- Haul Infinity > Setup > Parameters > Overrides | Productivity = Truck Payload / (Historical Load Time) |
| 3.- Haul Infinity > Setup > Loader Types> Use as Agent > Enforced Matched Rates | Productivity = Calendar Agent Rate |
1. Different methods to calculate loading production rates
In this example, the "Enforced Matched Rate" option in ATS will be analysed. If this option is used, the agent will ignore Haul Infinity rates from the 1 and 2 options and it will adopt option 3, the user-entered values in the calendar by modifying the queue time, see the example below. This example uses "Overtruck" as the Truck Matching Type in HI with a "Minimum Queue Time" of 0, otherwise, it will simply modify the truck numbers.
Enforced Matched Rate - Disabled:
2. Schedule > Reporting Tab > Pivot Report
The same haulage results were observed in HI.

3. Haul Infinity> Network Tab > Cycle Time Analysis
Enforced Matched Rate - Enabled: Bumped up agent calendar rate by another 1000 with enforced matched rates. Queue time reduced in ATS to reduce the total cycle time per load and therefore increase the loaders productive rate to match the user entered value.
4. Schedule > Reporting Tab > Pivot Report
Conclusion: ATS slightly affects the HI queue time in "Enforced Matched Rate" as the agent productivity changes against HI loader. Then the truck requirements is calculated based on the enforced agent rate in ATS and the new truck rate based on the new cycle time.
