How to Fix the Steps Logic Scheduling Fault Error Message?

This guide has been produced to address and resolve the Scheduling Fault error message.

This error occurs when the Steps Logic ratios do not add up to 100% of the material.

For example, if the Steps Logic breaks a movement as follows:

• 25% A > B (where B is a temporary destination)
• 25% B > C (where C is the final destination)
• 50% A > C (where C is the final destination)

In this example, 25% of the material is being rehandled via destination B, and 50% is going directly to final destination C. This results in 25% + 50% = 75%, meaning all material is not accounted for.
 
By correcting the numbers as shown below, the issue will be resolved.

Now, 50% of the material is rehandled via destination B, and 50% goes directly to final destination C, resulting in 50% + 50% = 100%, accounting for all the material.
