In Alastri Production Scheduler (APS), importing schedules from another site enables seamless integration of physicals and grade data on a time-based schedule. This guide outlines the steps to import external schedule products, ensuring accurate tracking of material movements, blending strategies, and processing while maintaining consistency across multiple operations.
-
Exporting Product from Site 1
-
Run the schedule in the APS model from which products will be exported (Site 1).
-
Navigate to Schedule Tab > Reports > Export Special and select Product Feed.
-
Choose the Product Site for which you want to export the feed.

Importing Product into Site 2

2. Enable Import Feature in APS
-
In APS > Setup Task > Production Mode Features, activate "Import a product stream from another site for further processing in this model".

Activating "Force Exact Match" automates field mapping if Site 1 and Site 2 fields are identical.

Missing or unavailable fields will not affect the import but will be absent in reports.
5. Review Imported Information
-
Proceed to the next setup step and verify the imported data.
6. Configure Imported Stockpiles

No Destination Rules or Truck Assignment changes are needed.
-
No Stockpile Sequence is required.
-
Navigate to Setup Task > Flowchart, add imported stockpiles, and connect them to the desired destination.
The following information has been produced with Option A.
8. Final Steps
